Architect And Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design excellent technical skills and the ability to bring creative concepts to life This position requires proficiency in AutoCAD 3ds Max and rendering software as well as expertise in creating detailed shop drawings Key Responsibilities Design and develop creative interior concepts for residential commercial and hospitality projects Create highquality 3D models renders and visualizations using AutoCAD 3ds Max and rendering software Develop and present design proposals and mood boards to clients Create detailed and accurate shop drawings for construction and fabrication purposes Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project success Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timelines and client expectations are met Required Skills Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD 3ds Max and rendering software VRay Corona etc Strong ability to produce highquality photorealistic renderings and visualizations Experience creating detailed shop drawings and technical documentation Excellent knowledge of interior design principles trends and materials Strong attention to detail problemsolving skills and a creative approach to design challenges Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively Additional Requirements Must be available to start immediately A portfolio showcasing relevant design work including renderings and shop drawings is required If you are passionate about interior design and meet the above qualifications we would love to hear from you
