The Business Development Manager for MENA region will drive sales growth by positioning PR Newswire as the preferred provider of press release distribution services across a diverse portfolio of companies and PR agencies within the UAE market. This role focuses on building and expanding client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the evolving PR and marketing communication needs of clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop new business through proactive outreach and face-to-face engagement across the MENA region.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by generating leads, delivering presentations, and closing deals.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for PR Newswire, representing the brand at industry events and client meetings in Dubai and the wider GCC region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and sales management to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and stay informed on competitor activities in the regional market.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.

Skills and Experience :

  • Demonstrated success in sales, with strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and client relationship management expertise.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Self-starter with high levels of initiative, energy, and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Experience or a strong interest in PR, media, or related industries; knowledge of the UAE market is highly desirable.
  • Multilingual skills, particularly in Arabic or other regional languages, are a plus.
