Job Description
Inspect and monitor all civil and structural activities at site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and ADNOC standards.
Conduct inspections of excavation, backfilling, formwork, rebar installation, concrete works, grouting, and asphalt works.
Prepare and maintain QA / QC reports, inspection requests (IRs), checklists, and NCRs (if applicable).
Review and ensure all materials used are in accordance with project specifications and approved material submittals.
Liaise with the client, consultants, and third-party inspectors during inspections and audits.
Maintain proper records of site inspection results, material testing, and documentation.
Assist in preparing Method Statements, ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), and other QA / QC documentation.
Monitor subcontractor works and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective / preventive actions.
Ensure adherence to ADNOC HSE and quality standards on site.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
5–8 years of experience in civil QA / QC roles in Oil & Gas construction projects.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ADNOC onshore / offshore projects (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of international standards (ASTM, BS, ACI) and ADNOC specifications.
Proficient in MS Office and document control systems.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Certification in CSWIP, BGAS, or ISO 9001 : 2015 (Lead Auditor) is an added advantage.
Additional Information
Willing to work in remote locations or offshore as per project requirements.
ADNOC project approval or previous ADNOC project experience preferred.
