Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. It sounds complex, but we'll explain further! Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.
Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry. What your day will look like
- Assist the Enterprise Sales Teams achieving their revenue / new logo goals
- Detect new business opportunities from real use cases
- Pursue professional rapport with enterprise clients
- Support our sales team in all phases of the opportunity / customer life cycle
- Develop re-usable business- and use cases incl. sales collaterals (white papers, slide-decks, webinars etc.)
- Have discovery conversations (calls, meetings etc.) with prospects and customers
- Enable sales to understand the business value of digitalization and the BIM process
- Assessments and response to RFIs / RFPs
- Be an active part in the deal crafting process
- Ensure an effective and smooth transition to the delivery and support teams for POCs
- Give structured feedback to the product and development teams
What you need to fulfill the role
First presales or equivalent experience in a similar roleMin. B.Sc. Engineering, Architecture, Construction or comparable backgroundVery good knowledge of Building Information Modeling and its technologies / processesVery good industry konwledge in all asset lifecycle phases (Design, Build, Operate / Asset Management)Ability to assess, understand, structure and communicate complex customer requirementsAbility to create TP conceptual solutions based on those requirementsExcellent product knowledge (horizontal / vertical)Excellent listener, presenter & communicatorLoves to be in front of prospects & customersResult-drivenAbility to handle ambiguityExcellent team-playerFluent English.Apply if you :
