Synopsis To help answer the highest value analytical problem statements posed by different teams and departments across Etihad Airways to the Digital eCommerce team Accountabilities Working with the Digital business leaders to analyze requirements and identify or design the solution to a problem Execute complex adhoc analyses utilizing Etihad s wider analytical toolkit proactively looking for further insights and root cause Summarize visualize results and highlight likely insights for the business translator to develop Maintain documentation repository of solutions to include methodology Identify opportunities for automation and improvements to approach in each analysis performed make recommendations to wider team as to priorities for further development Develop and maintain proficiency with Adobe Google Analytics Tableau Power BI and other advanced analytic and database tools inhouse data sets and other resources Will be encouraged to develop one or more specializations in Etihad s key analytical disciplines see required skills and become the goto person among peers in that field Act as an expert and coach to wider analytics team Education Experience 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in digital analytics reporting and data management and or Data Science models used in commercial digital processes Experience within the aviation industry in the areas of digital analytics Business Analytics would be preferred Minimum Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Statistics Information Technology or related field Additional qualifications in analytical disciplines and techniques an advantage Proven track record of managing successful digital analytical models and reporting Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
