Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans for multiple hotel properties Identify and grow new business opportunities in corporate leisure and MICE segments Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction Collaborate with marketing revenue and operations teams to align strategies Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management Represent the hotel cluster at trade shows events and sales missions Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Hospitality or related field Minimum 7 years of hotel sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple properties and meet performance targets
