The position focuses specifically on high-value natural ingredients for the fragrance, cosmetic, and personal care industries . You will engage with premium clients and formulation partners across international markets — from niche perfumers to global beauty brands.
The role begins with a 12–18 month hands-on immersion in Southeast Asia , working closely with operations, R&D and product teams — a critical phase to absorb the company’s know-how, sourcing model, and innovation processes.
From there, you’ll transition to your long-term base in the UAE , with full responsibility for developing global markets and key accounts.
