Based in the UAE  – with an initial operational immersion in  Southeast Asia

This is a rare opportunity to combine purpose, global exposure, and entrepreneurship within a fast-growing natural ingredients company — while building your path toward a strategic commercial role in the Middle East.

The position focuses specifically on  high-value natural ingredients for the fragrance, cosmetic, and personal care industries . You will engage with premium clients and formulation partners across international markets — from niche perfumers to global beauty brands.

The role begins with a  12–18 month hands-on immersion in Southeast Asia , working closely with operations, R&D and product teams — a critical phase to absorb the company’s know-how, sourcing model, and innovation processes.

From there, you’ll transition to your long-term base in the  UAE , with full responsibility for developing global markets and key accounts.

Our client is a premium producer of  natural ingredients  serving the  fragrance, flavor, botanical, and wellness  sectors. Their model blends ethical sourcing, green extraction technologies, and scientific innovation to meet the highest standards of the international beauty and wellness industries.

As the company expands its portfolio and international footprint, they are seeking a  technically fluent and commercially agile sales manager  ready to grow with them.

Your Mission

At the crossroads of  science, commerce, and sustainability , you will :

  • Develop and manage strategic client accounts in the fragrance, cosmetic, and personal care sectors
  • Lead technical-commercial projects from brief to execution in close coordination with R&D, regulatory and operations
  • Support premium positioning across  EMEA, Europe, Asia and global markets
  • Represent the company at major international trade fairs and industry events
  • Contribute to innovation feedback loops based on client trends and market intelligence

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in  natural ingredients, fragrance compounds, personal care, or cosmetic raw materials
  • Scientific / technical background (Chemistry, Agronomy, Biology, Food Science…)
  • Solid understanding of  extraction methods  (e.g. steam distillation, CO₂) and  regulatory frameworks  (IFRA, REACH…)
  • Fluent in international B2B markets , with demonstrated success in navigating cultural and commercial diversity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communicator, field-oriented
  • Fully open to international mobility and field immersion
