About the Role

We are engaging a freelance Research Consultant to contribute to high-level intelligence projects focused on

leadership ecosystems in the GCC region. This is a remote, research-intensive opportunity that supports

strategic talent insight efforts.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in executive research, talent data mapping, and analytical

profiling—especially those who have worked with C-level or specialized roles across sectors. No sales or

recruitment activity is involved.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify senior-level professionals that match predefined strategic frameworks
  • Create high-quality reports and market maps using internal formats
  • Extract structured data from online platforms, professional networks, and public sources
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professionalism across research documentation
  • Collaborate asynchronously with a cross-functional team on a project basis

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sourcing, people research, or business intelligence
  • Strong command of platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or public records tools
  • Understanding of executive functions and talent ecosystems in the GCC
  • Excellent organization and reporting skills; able to work autonomously
  • High attention to detail and delivery-oriented mindset

    • Compensation

  • This is AED 5,000 per profile accepted into final project outputs
  • AED 1,000 per shortlisted profile advancing to second-round evaluation (if ultimately placed)

    • Payments follow internal review and project completion. Invoicing is required.
