Inventory Control & Coordination

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through routine stock checks and system validations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely movement and storage of goods based on demand and dispatch schedules.
Ensure accurate scanning, labeling, and shelving of products according to defined storage protocols.

Warehouse Operations

Oversee the loading / unloading, sorting, packing, and dispatch of goods in alignment with brand and logistics requirements.

Ensure correct binning of products based on barcodes and warehouse mapping systems.

Report inventory discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors and assist in resolving variances.

Process Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of material transactions in warehouse management systems (WMS).

Ensure timely and accurate data entry for stock movement, receipts, and dispatch.

Adhere to SOPs and safety procedures in all warehouse operations.

Operational Support & Physical Readiness

Assist the supervisor in daily task planning and workflow management.

Perform physical tasks such as lifting, stacking, and organizing stock.

Remain available for rotational shifts and extended hours as required by operational demands.
