Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain document control procedures in line with project requirements Receive review and distribute project documents drawings and specifications Maintain a centralized document management system both electronic and physical Track document revisions and ensure proper version control Facilitate communication between project teams regarding document updates Ensure timely submission of required documents to clients and authorities Maintain confidentiality and security of project documentation Requirements Proven experience in document control within construction or engineering projects Familiarity with document management software e g Aconex Procore or similar Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
