Logistics Coordinator

Salary Up to AED 6 Location Dubai UAE Experience Required 2 to 3 years of experience as an FC and Logistics Operations Manager Experience in managing operations teams more than 10 associates and a large pool of drivers Key Responsibilities Prioritize safety in handling shipments both inhouse and on the road Plan and execute morning dispatch wave plans for delivery associates Own the Logistics delivery experience KPIs Success rate delivery pickup Optimize truck utilization improve SPR Shipments per route Cost per order Coordinate with outsourced headcount providers for hiring onboarding and training associates Continuously optimize operations processes to enhance productivity Work with TMS Transportation Management System to optimize route planning Identify opportunities for cost optimization and speed improvements in FC and logistics flow Requirements Bachelor s degree preferably in Operations FC Logistics or Supply Chain 2 to 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in FC Logistics Experience in managing operations teams 10 associates and drivers Strong skills in Excel spreadsheets Google Sheets Google Forms and creating process flows Handson experience with Transportation Management Systems
