Personal Assistant to the Principal Job Location UAE Main Duties To welcome Principals visitors to our school and deal with queries from families visitors staff and children To support the administration and organisation of ADEK email to manage the Principal calendar and meetings To translate in meetings to support school Senior leaders in any required task To maintain with accuracy the school database Supporting the receptionist at busy times To follow the school EHS guidelines and all school policies and procedures as detailed by the school Job Details Minimum diploma degree of higher education or Related industry qualification of graduate level for the assigned functional area s 5 Years Experience in similar role A high level of professionalism and consideration of the wellbeing of children Respect for all members of a school community irrespective of position gender age and ethnic background A positive and solutionfocused attitude to working life A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check
