Job Requirements
As an AMO Technician -Mechanic you will Test, assemble, disassemble and perform visual inspection of mechanical assemblies. Assist in reworking, repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment. Compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.
As an AMO Technician -Mechanic, you will be responsible for :
- Performing maintenance and repairs of ESP equipment in accordance with operating specifications.
- Troubleshooting, maintaining refurbishing equipment routinely
- Conducting mechanical inspections.
- Using moderately complex diagnostic equipment.
- Reviewing procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification accuracy.
- Configuring test stations and systems.
- Facilitating third-party repair of equipment when required.
- Analyzing and interpreting data from environmental tests and trouble shoot equipment problems.
- Maintaining records. Scheduling maintenance of equipment Maintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs.
- Performing Inspection and disposition of parts and equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE&Q policies and procedures.
Work Experience
Have Highschool Diploma, College Degree or Engineering Degree is an advantage.Have previous experience in a mechanical workshop environmentHydraulic Engine and pump experience preferred.Be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices.Have knowledge on hydraulic and electrical circuits and ability to troubleshoot faults.Basic measurement instrument and handtools knowledgeHave advanced level of analytical ability to find solutions to complex technical problems.Have advanced computer skills.
