Account Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the main point of contact for clients in KSA and UAE
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Understand client needs and translate them into clear briefs and actionable plans
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients
• Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address any issues
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as needed
• Upsell agency services and identify opportunities for account growth
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors relevant to client industries
