We are seeking an experienced and visionaryChief Technology Officer (CTO)to lead the strategic direction, development, and implementation of our global IT projects. These initiatives span multiple regions and industries, requiring strong leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and technical excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful, scalable, and innovative technology solutions as aTeam LeadorCTOin dynamic, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Leadership : Define and execute the company’s technology vision and roadmap, aligned with overall business goals.
• Project Oversight : Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of IT projects across diverse markets, ensuring quality, security, scalability, and timely execution.
• Team Management : Build and lead high-performing, distributed tech teams; mentor engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Innovation & Strategy : Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential for integration into our projects.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the executive team, product owners, and stakeholders across regions to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Budget & Vendor Management : Manage technology budgets and vendor relationships; negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
• Risk Management : Establish and enforce best practices in cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance across geographies.

In addition, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to architect and build highly scalable systems using the latest and most advanced technologies, including but not limited to the MERN stack, Go (Golang), and other modern frameworks suited for large-scale, distributedapplications.
