Requirement Communicating with customers meetings phone calls emails regarding their investments with the company Keeping clients updated on upcoming payments construction progress registration of property etc Providing clients with necessary documents for their investments Tracking payment due dates of the units ensuring smooth receiving of funds from the investors Collecting payments from the investors through numerous modes of payment bank transfers cheques credit cards cash Providing clients with payment receipts and customer s statements Achieving monthly collection targets Collaborating with other departments of the company accounts mortgage and handover contracts to provide customers with required updates documents Note Candidate must have a minimum of two years of same profile experience
