Finance Manager Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Provide strategic financial guidance to the organization focusing on profit maximization through prudent financial practices and ensuring compliance with financerelated laws regulations and procedures Oversee the development and implementation of effective financial strategies policies and procedures including budgeting forecasting and risk management Lead the finance department supervising staff and promoting a culture of excellence innovation and teamwork Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting analysis and presentation to stakeholders including executive management employees shareholders and investors Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive business growth identify opportunities and mitigate risks Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including banks suppliers and regulatory bodies Requirements Proven expertise in Oracle ERP systems Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing preferably in a senior financial role Exceptional skills in Excel PowerPoint and communication Chartered Accountant CA or Certified Public Accountant CPA certification
