Job description

Charterhouse is currently working with a leading investment company who are looking to expand their Legal function for their office based in Dubai. The team is looking for a Legal Practitioner with 8 10 years of experience handling corporate, commercial, real estate, and regulatory matters.

About the role

The Legal Counsel will be the point of contact for the companys day-to-day legal issues and working closely with the internal team. This role will be providing support to the corporate department, the companys subsidiaries and the family offices on a wide mix of corporate, commercial, real estate and regulatory matters. This includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases, SHAs, advising on corporate governance matters, ensuring that business activities comply with applicable laws, and supporting the real estate and development projects.

About you

To be considered for this opportunity, the successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate would come from an inhouse background / gained a mix of inhouse and private practice experience across the UAE and be an English Native speaker.
