We are currently seeking Technical Architect with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically within contracting firms and luxury residential or high-rise building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in translating design intent into fully coordinated, buildable solutions, ensuring technical accuracy, construction feasibility, and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the technical coordination of architectural designs from concept to construction documentation.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, structural and MEP engineers, consultants, and site teams.
• Review and resolve complex construction and technical detailing issues on high-rise and luxury residential projects.
• Ensure that designs are compliant with UAE building codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
• Oversee the development and review of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and material submissions.
• Coordinate with authority bodies for approvals and inspections.
• Provide technical support during procurement, tendering, and construction stages.
