Job Purpose To manage endtoend recruitment activities for clients ensuring highquality candidate sourcing client satisfaction and timely placement of professionals across various industries Key Responsibilities Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies Source screen and shortlist candidates through job boards social media databases referrals and networking Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates suitability Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and provide feedback to both parties Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Meet individual and team KPIs and contribute to monthly and quarterly recruitment targets Maintain and update the applicant tracking system ATS with accurate candidate and client information Stay informed about market trends salary benchmarks and industry developments
