Senior Public Health Engineer

Qualified graduate engineer in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering. Master’s Degree or Chartered Engineering status is a plus.

Minimum 6-8 years of experience in engineering consultancy firms.

Business Development

Begin to establish contacts with clients and team members, and build relationships that may benefit future projects.

Project Role

• Able to represent the practice at the project level.
• Demonstrate responsibility for project delivery.
• Manage the design and construction stages of projects.
• Supervise a small team of engineers and technicians.
• Typically serve as Project Engineer on various projects; on major or complex projects, may take the role of Design Engineer.
• Responsible for delivering work within the agreed fee and timeline with a Project Manager.
• Core responsibilities include : -
• Delivering tasks on time and within fee.
• Ensuring task profitability and quality.
• Preparing client and project proposals.
• Presenting to clients and negotiating fee proposals, requesting additional fees when appropriate.
• Constructing project teams from internal and external resources.
• Procure project resources.
• Aiming for 95% chargeable time.
