Director of Research Development (with MPC Wallet / Blockchain Experience)

Position : R&D Director

Location : Dubai, UAE / Open for relocation

Language Required : Bilingual Chinese and English

Experience Required : FinTech or Blockchain security experience, MPC wallet experience highly desirable

Job Summary

Responsible for research and development security management of MPC (Multi-Party Computation) products, including designing and developing security architecture, strategies, and standards, as well as identifying and preventing security risks, and participating in system design and core coding.

Job Responsibilities

  • MPC wallet architecture design and implementation, responsible for core coding
  • Development security management and SOP system process construction
  • Promotion of technical security solutions, research on competing products and technologies
  • Managing infrastructure : server storage and network resources configuration, ensuring effective isolation of production and testing environments
  • Data management : optimizing database performance, data backup, log management, big data analysis, and forming user profiles and business models
  • Security management : analyzing security incidents and vulnerabilities, recovery, and strengthening security defenses and incident handling capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, mathematics, cryptography, or network security, with over 5 years of internet security programming experience
  • Familiar with network security, vulnerabilities, penetration testing, intrusion detection, security reinforcement, firewalls, IDS, IPS, vulnerability scanning
  • Proficient in Go; familiar with RUST, C++
  • Knowledge of network programming, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB
  • Good English reading and writing skills

  • FinTech or Blockchain security experience, MPC wallet experience
  • Knowledge of cryptography, MPC protocols, TEE, and OSS frameworks
  • Published security articles
  • Open source security software development or security product development experience in internet firms
