Manager Digital Key Accounts will oversee the online sales strategy and operations for our brand. This role involves managing the ecommerce platform optimizing user experience and driving sales through digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to increase sales and market share.
Oversee website performance ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal conversion rates.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO PPC email marketing and social media.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on sales traffic and customer behavior.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and fulfillment processes.
Enhance customer experience through personalized marketing and engagement initiatives.
Manage and mentor a team of ecommerce specialists and digital marketers
