HR Generalist Job Location United Arab Emirates Job Details Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field HR certification e g CIPD SHRM PHR is highly preferred Minimum of 46 years of HR experience preferably in highvolume industries such as F B retail or hospitality Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws HR best practices and compliance requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English in MANDATORY Strong proficiency in HR management systems Microsoft Office Excel Word PowerPoint and HR analytics Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment while managing multiple priorities Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with a strategic mindset High level of integrity professionalism and confidentiality in handling HR matters
