We’re looking for a dynamic and multi-talented Social Media Specialist to support a founder in growing their personal brand and digital community, particularly on X platform.
This is a hybrid role combining creativity, content strategy, and digital engagement with organizational and executional support. The ideal candidate is someone with deep expertise in X platform, understands how to build and nurture an online audience, and is also comfortable handling broader support duties in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media & Community Building
- Own and grow the founder’s presence on X platform, including content creation, scheduling, and strategy
- Drive follower growth, audience engagement, and community development
- Convert digital following into an engaged community through campaigns, content, and potentially virtual events
- Track insights and performance metrics, adjusting strategy accordingly
- Stay updated on platform trends, features, and best practices
- Conduct research, prepare briefings, and support digital initiatives
- Be flexible and hands-on in supporting other creative or operational tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For :
