We are seeking an organized and detailoriented UAE national with family book to join our Talent Acquisition team as a team assistant In this role you will provide critical support to the recruitment team with a focus on HR Administration ensuring seamless offer management process This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in human resources or talent acquisition Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring timely communication between candidates and interviewer panel Assist with posting job advertisements on various platforms and maintaining an uptodate database of open positions Assist in arranging walkin days for segments divisions that require high volume recruitment for recurring roles Support the initial onboarding process by collecting required documentation from candidates Assist with ad hoc assignments and reporting support if needed from time to time Experience Skills and Qualifications Good phone manners for interaction with candidates and collecting basic information and documentation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Previous experience in recruitment HR or a related field is preferred but not a prerequisite Fluency in English and Arabic
