SUHARA Group is hiring a Transport Manager to oversee and optimize our transportation operations across the UAE This fulltime position is ideal for someone who thrives on ensuring efficiency compliance and exceptional delivery standards Key Responsibilities Strategically plan coordinate and manage comprehensive fleet operations across multiple locations Optimize routes schedules and transportation costs to enhance efficiency Ensure rigorous compliance with all local transport laws and safety standards Supervise train and conduct performance reviews for drivers and logistics staff Monitor vehicle maintenance and inspection schedules to maximize operational readiness Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure timely delivery of goods services Prepare and analyze detailed transport reports for management to inform decisionmaking Qualifications Requirements Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in transport or logistics management within the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE road regulations and fleet compliance protocols Excellent organizational and proven leadership skills Proficiency in Transport Management Software TMS is a significant advantage A valid UAE driving license is preferred Bachelor s degree is required If you are a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in UAE transport management we encourage you to apply
