• Position Key Responsibilities
• Distribute cards, and collect KYC of the authorized individuals, ensuring we comply with mandatory compliance regulations
• Onboard clients to our Payroll portal and conduct a Corporate VAS Training presentation to Payroll and welfare team
• Onboard cardholders to our app, educate them about the products and services along with the proper usage of the card
• Financial inclusion training for cardholders to onboard new users to the C3Pay app and assist cardholders with day-to-day issues related to their card or mobile app (money transfer, mobile top up, bill payments, insurance)
• Remittance visits on salary days to assist cardholders to transfer money through C3Pay App.
• Assisting cardholders with generating their ATM pin
• Marketing campaigns and promotions for C3Pay Product service awareness, such as award ceremonies at employee residences, musical events, games.
• Conduct fraud awareness trainings at employee residence
