Transactional Lawyer

We are delighted to be partnering with an exciting group. Our client has undergone an impressive rate of growth in recent times and are now looking for a transactional Lawyer to join their legal team in the Abu Dhabi office.

You will be joining a fantastic and collegiate team, where you will report to the CIO and you will be working on cross-border financing deals. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating investment agreements as well as commercial contracts. You will also be expected to assist on equity financing in addition to wider corporate and regulatory matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional Lawyer coming from an international law firm or reputable in-house entity in the FS sector, specifically related to venture capital or funds investing into the US market. It is essential that candidates have at least 1 year of experience and can be common or civil law qualified.
