Arabic Senior Legal Counsel construction disputes

Our in-house client seeks a Mid-level to senior legal counsel to provide legal advice on dispute resolution matters and to manage all claims and litigation for the company.

• Advise either as a claimant or a defendant in cases.
• Investigate the details of a case and advise on whether to file a lawsuit on the company's behalf or gather evidence to defend against a lawsuit.
• Interview witnesses, experts and other parties, read and prepare depositions, analyse any pertinent information on disputes . Working with team members to prepare comprehensive briefs.
• Preparing all documents required to file cases, including briefs and court documents .
• Researching case law, statutes and statutory interpretation.
• Maintaining accurate case files, notes and reports.
• Negotiating cases.
• Managing external counsel.
• Assist with non-contentious matters.
