Key Responsibilities Monitor swimming areas and ensure guest safety at all times Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines Respond promptly to emergencies and perform rescues when needed Administer First Aid or CPR as required Inspect and maintain pool safety equipment Report any safety hazards or incidents to management Requirements Valid Lifeguard certification e g Red Cross Ellis or equivalent CPR and First Aid certification Good swimming skills and physical fitness Strong observation and communication abilities Previous lifeguard experience preferred
