Secretary Job Location Dubai United Arab Emirates Job Overview Coordinate meetings schedules and strategic activities for the Board of Directors Handle official correspondence draft letters proposals reports and presentations Manage calendars arrange appointments and oversee internal communication flow Take meeting minutes and prepare documentation for circulation Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders Act as liaison between the Board and internal external parties Support school principals and executive leaders with administrative planning Ensure office systems are maintained efficiently including filing and archiving Perform background research and produce briefing papers for board discussions Manage visitor protocols and represent the board in a professional manner Job Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree from an accredited university Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar executive or schoolbased role Experience in educational institutions preferred Skills Strong command of written and spoken English Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Excellent time management research and multitasking abilities Detailoriented with problemsolving and decisionmaking skills Familiarity with KHDA regulations school inspections and academic compliance Professional discreet and culturally adaptable team player
