الوصف الوظيفيBusiness Development Identify and approach category buyers in top retail groups (e.g., Spinneys, Choithrams, Waitrose, Carrefour, Union Coop). Secure listings for premium egg SKUs across targeted supermarket chains. Negotiation and Deal-Making Negotiate listing fees, promotions, and shelf visibility deals. In-Store Marketing Develop and manage in-store marketing and sampling campaigns. Sales Performance Track sales performance and ensure stock availability. Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely deliveries . Minimum 2-4 years of experience in modern trade / retail sales in the UAE food industry. Experience with eggs, dairy, or chilled products is preferred. Strong network with supermarket procurement teams. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). UAE driving license is a must.
