Construction Manager Job Location Dubai UAE Job Details Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field years of experience in managing construction projects particularly highrise buildings in the UAE or similar markets Strong understanding of construction processes project management techniques and local regulations in Dubai and the UAE Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team and interact with clients stakeholders and other professionals Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget Expertise in contract management risk management and quality assurance processes Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient in construction management software and MS Office Suite Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities UAE driving license preferred
