In this role, you will play a crucial part in connecting patients with healthcare solutions by promoting our Doctor OnTime platform, which enhances patient access to healthcare providers and services.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to engage with potential patients, introducing them to the Doctor OnTime service and its benefits.
- Explain the features of our platform clearly and effectively, answering any questions or concerns from prospective customers.
- Utilize your customer service skills to nurture leads and convert inquiries into appointments or sign-ups.
- Keep a detailed record of interactions and outcomes in our CRM system to track sales progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation efforts and customer outreach strategies.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry developments and platform updates to effectively communicate changes to clients.
Requirements
Previous experience in telesales, particularly within healthcare or related sectors.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.Proven track record of achieving sales goals and maintaining customer satisfaction.Comfortable explaining complex services in a simple, relatable manner.Experience working with CRM systems and standard office software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated with a passion for helping others.Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.Benefits
