FLS Design Engineer Escape routes Architectural FLS

Key Responsibilities Design and develop fire life safety FLS systems focusing on escape routes and architectural FLS Evaluate and ensure compliance with fire safety codes and building regulations Prepare evacuation plans and fire safety assessments for new and existing buildings Work closely with architects engineers and other stakeholders to integrate FLS into building designs Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to minimize fire hazards Lead fire safety projects and oversee the design process from concept to completion Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on FLSrelated matters Stay updated with the latest fire safety standards and industry best practices Key Requirements 10 years of experience in Fire Life Safety design focusing on escape routes and architectural FLS Indepth knowledge of fire safety regulations codes and building standards Proficiency in FLS design software and CAD tools Strong understanding of evacuation modeling and fire risk assessments Excellent project management and leadership skills Degree in Fire Engineering Architecture or related discipline Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
