Safety Officers

Key Responsibilities Develop implement and monitor safety procedures and guidelines for villa construction projects Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards Ensure that all workers adhere to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment PPE Organize and deliver safety training programs to workers and subcontractors Investigate accidents incidents and nearmisses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions Maintain safety records documentation and reports as required by local authorities Liaise with project managers engineers and contractors to ensure safety regulations are followed at all stages of the project Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and standards set by the UAE government Qualifications Experience Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in safety management within the UAE construction sector specifically villa projects Valid UAE Health and Safety certification e g NEBOSH IOSH Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations standards and construction practices Experience in conducting safety audits training and incident investigations Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
