Job Summary This role will focus primarily on social media marketing for B2C audiences supporting the full marketing function including website management email campaigns WhatsApp SMS communication and vendor coordination Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy Management Develop and execute campaigns across Instagram Facebook Twitter TikTok and YouTube Create engaging content targeted at sports enthusiasts and longevity wellness audiences Maintain an active and growing social media presence Campaign Development Execution Manage campaigns to drive event registration and brand awareness Coordinate with wider marketing team to ensure crossplatform consistency Monitor KPIs and adjust strategy for optimal results Content Creation Collaboration Generate highquality content video blog social graphics Collaborate with influencers athletes and speakers for joint promotions Maximise exposure through sponsorship and partnerships Audience Engagement Community Building Engage with the community via comments messages and interactive content Drive event buzz through live sessions contests and BTS content Build rapport with relevant wellness and sports communities groups Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field Master s degree is a plus 4 6 years of experience in a marketing role preferably in B2C a fastpaced or corporate environment Strong understanding of marketing principles brand management and campaign development Handson experience with digital marketing tools Social media platforms Email marketing software WhatsApp Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and project management abilities Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools is an advantage Familiarity with marketing automation platforms Knowledge of web content management systems Multilingual skills are a plus depending on the market served
