Lifting Supervisor

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Lifting Supervisor to oversee and manage all lifting operations within our organization The ideal candidate will ensure that lifting activities are carried out safely and efficiently in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines Job Responsibility Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations including the use of cranes hoists and other lifting equipment Inspect lifting equipment regularly to ensure it is in good working condition Provide guidance and support to lifting crew members to ensure tasks are completed safely and accurately Maintain accurate records of all lifting activities including preuse checks and maintenance logs Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor or similar role Indepth knowledge of lifting equipment and techniques Strong understanding of health and safety regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills Certification in lifting operations is a plus Skills Knowledge of lifting equipment and techniques Understanding of safety regulations and protocols Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to supervise and coordinate lifting operations Attention to detail and problemsolving skills Physical strength and stamina Risk assessment and decisionmaking abilities Certification in lifting operations or related field Education Diploma You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
