Senior Electrical Estimation Engineer

Looking for a qualified Senior Electrical Estimation Engineer HV LV ELV to join our team If you have relevant experience in the UAE and are ready to take on a challenging role we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Study and analyse tender documents including drawings project specifications BOQ and client requirements Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimations for Electrical HV LV Distribution and ELV systems CCTV Fire Alarm Access Control BMS Public Address etc Perform quantity takeoffs and material equipment costing using industrystandard tools and estimation software Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and technical compliance Prepare and present technocommercial proposals to the management Coordinate with design procurement and execution teams for technical clarifications and value engineering solutions Keep uptodate with market trends pricing and new technologies Participate in tender reviews risk assessments and posttender clarifications with clients and consultants Support contract negotiation and handover of awarded projects to the execution team Maintain a cost database and estimation documentation for future references and benchmarking Minimum Requirements Relevant years UAE experience in an contracting company or in a similar role Engineering Bachelor s Degree Immediate availability to join the team Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity for growth and career development
