Supervise daily onsite activities related to landscaping projects Coordinate with project managers clients and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work Assign tasks to team members and monitor work quality and safety compliance Ensure that work is performed according to project specifications standards and safety regulations Manage onsite resources materials and equipment efficiently Report progress issues and safety incidents to the project management team Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Foreman in landscaping construction or similar field Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of landscaping techniques safety standards and equipment Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Valid safety certifications and relevant licenses preferred
