Teaching Assistant Job Location UAE Responsibilities Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to students Provide oneonone and group support to secondarylevel students particularly those with special education needs Support the development of Individualized Education Plans IEPs in collaboration with the teaching staff Help manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment Monitor and report on student progress to the teacher and parents as needed Collaborate with staff to adapt teaching materials to meet diverse student needs Encourage social and emotional development in students Requirements A degree in Special Education or a related field is mandatory Experience working with secondarylevel students particularly those with special education needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students parents and staff A patient empathetic and adaptable approach to teaching and learning Familiarity with Cambridge curriculum is a plus but not mandatory
