Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Specification Sales Executive to promote our Client water treatment solutions within the UAE construction and design sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of architects, interior designers, and engineering consultants, and will be responsible for getting our systems specified in high-value commercial and residential projects such as hotels, offices, and schools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and engineering consultants.
- Promote water treatment systems tailored for commercial environments, including hotels, schools, offices, and residential buildings.
- Ensure our products are specified in design documents, BOQs, and tender submissions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking events, and face-to-face meetings.
- Develop customized technical proposals that align with customer needs and project requirements.
- Close deals and build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional client service and follow-up.
- Collect and address client feedback while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution.
- Articulate deep knowledge of product features and translate them into client-focused benefits.
- Conduct persuasive product presentations and live solution demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project pipelines.
- Submit detailed activity reports, customer insights, and sales forecasts using Salesforce and IFS.
- Work closely with Sales Manager and internal teams to review pricing, finalize project proposals, and exceed booking targets.
- Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience in Specification Sales or as a Specification Manager, ideally in water treatment, HVAC, or building materials.Proven network of contacts among UAE-based architects, consultants, and designers.Experience working on commercial and residential projects hotels, offices, schools) is a strong advantage.Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM tools Salesforce) and MS Office applications.Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.Professional appearance and demeanor.Fluent in English ; Arabic is a plus.
