Urgent Hiring Architect DM Certified Immediate Join Required Company Ramesh Associate Location Dubai Job Type Fulltime Ramesh Associate is urgently seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Dubai with immediate joining The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design project management and compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled architect to lead luxury villa commercial and residential building projects while coordinating effectively with various teams and authorities Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design from concept to detailed execution for various projects including luxury villas and commercial buildings Coordinate with structural and QS teams to ensure seamless project delivery Build and maintain relationships with contractors suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and costeffective project execution Conduct site visits and inspections to address challenges and propose solutions Stay updated on industry trends best practices and regulatory changes Collaborate with project management teams to ensure budgets timelines and resources are effectively managed Ensure compliance with regulations from Dubai Municipality DM DDA TRAKHEES Emaar Dubai Properties and the Dubai Building Code Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience in Dubai particularly with luxury villas and commercial buildings DM Engineer Qualification DEQ and registration with the Society of Engineers SOE are mandatory Proven experience leading design teams and managing complex projects Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other architectural software Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and building codes Excellent communication leadership and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate Additional Requirements Experience with Dubai Municipality coordination and authority approvals is highly preferred A valid UAE driving license is a plus Expertise in submission and approval processes for authority permits is essential Immediate joining required Location Dubai Required Language English Required Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dubai Must have Dubai engineering consultant experience Only candidates who meet the specified qualifications will be considered Please refrain from applying if you do not meet the qualifications Thank you for your understanding
