What You’ll Be Doing :

Lead from the Front

  • Drive new business in cargo sales, leveraging your network and hunting for new opportunities globally.

  • Stay ahead of trends in cargo requirements, market performance, and global demand.

  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from first contact to signed contract across multimillion-dollar deals.
  • Use your technical know-how to advise clients on specifications, maintenance records, and operational fit.

  • Collaborate with cargo operators, suppliers, and legal advisors to ensure smooth, successful deals.

  • Experienced :  4+ years in cargo charter brokerage, account management, and sales achievement.
  • Knowledgeable :  Strong technical understanding of cargo operations (performance, specs, maintenance).
  • Connected :  You know how to build, grow, and sustain relationships with high-value clients.
  • Driven :  You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Credible :  You're professional, polished, and comfortable advising C-suite executives and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Mobile :  Able to travel internationally and be based full-time in Dubai.
