Club Manager Job Location UAE Ensure smooth daytoday operations and maintain high standards of service quality Lead and motivate staff across various departments including reception service events and security Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing member concerns or issues promptly and professionally Manage finances effectively controlling expenses and meeting revenue targets Plan and execute engaging events activities and programs for members Develop strategies to attract new members and retain current ones E nsure compliance with health safety and legal requirements Collaborate with marketing teams to promote club events and memberships Maintain facilities and equipment coordinating repairs and upkeep with maintenance teams Provide regular performance reports for senior management Qualifications Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field Strong leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in managing finances and improving profitability Experience in event planning marketing and membership sales is a plus Ability to handle stress and resolve conflicts effectively Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality operations
