The Junior Finance Officer will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. This role requires a professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Reporting : Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Account Reconciliation : Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Budgeting and Forecasting : Support the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Transaction Processing : Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Data Management : Maintain and update financial databases and records.
- Audit Support : Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Qualifications :
