Job Description

• Support day-to-day operations within your assigned department (Credit Administration, Credit Policy, Treasury, or Audit)
• Assist in preparing financial reports, documentation, and credit-related files
• Participate in internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks
• Help monitor and track financial transactions and ensure policy adherence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Contribute to process improvements and data accuracy
• Continuously develop your understanding of banking products, policies, and procedures

The Successful Applicant

• UAE National with a Family Book
• Fresh graduate (0-2 years of experience)
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
