Senior Manager Sustainability (Utility / Energy)

Black Pearl is partnering with a leading engineering firm to recruit a dynamic Sustainability Strategy Lead to drive their ESG agenda and champion long-term environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Own and execute the corporate sustainability strategy, including decarbonization, climate adaptation, circular economy, and more

Lead the full sustainability reporting cycle (data collection, materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement, assurance) in line with GRI, CDP, SASB and UN SDG frameworks

Manage and improve ESG ratings, certifications and disclosures (MSCI ESG, Sustainalytics, EcoVadis, etc.)

Oversee multi-year, cross-functional initiatives (renewable energy integration, energy & water efficiency, sustainable procurement, waste reduction, employee engagement)

Leverage digital ESG tracking and analytics tools to drive performance improvements
