With a rapidly expanding European footprint, the business focuses on delivering scalable, energy-efficient, and secure infrastructure backed by a commitment to trust, transparency, and technology excellence.

The company is now seeking a Chief Legal Officer to join the senior leadership team and support its next phase of growth and international expansion.

Role Overview

As CLO, you will oversee all legal, regulatory, compliance, and governance matters across operations in France, the EU, and other key markets including the UK and US. You will be a strategic advisor to the executive team, helping the company navigate legal risk and address complex issues across commercial, privacy, infrastructure, and regulatory domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal advisor to the CEO, Board, and Executive Team on legal and strategic matters
• Oversee legal risk, compliance frameworks, and regulatory obligations across France, EU, UK, and US
• Lead legal input on commercial contracts, NDAs, customer agreements, partnerships, and procurement deals
• Guide the business through M&A, joint ventures, land / site acquisition, corporate structuring, and international growth
• Collaborate with external counsel, particularly around construction, energy, real estate, and data law
• Ensure data protection compliance (e.g., GDPR, US privacy laws) and lead internal governance efforts
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including SLAs, MSAs, NDAs, and lease agreements
• Promote a strong ethics and compliance culture across teams
• Act as Company Secretary and manage legal filings, board governance, and corporate documentation
